Boudin Balls w/ creole mustard ranch
Red Beans and Rice w/ smoked tasso
Black Eyed Pea Salad - black eyed peas, cherry tomatoes, roasted poblanos, herbs
Cajun Fried Corn - holy trinity, Cajun butter
Shrimp and Grits - jalapeño cheddar grits, smoked tomato shrimp gravy
Cajun Cake - pineapple cake with coconut pecan icing.
